Yesterday, we all went on a hike on the Hidden Creek trail. We drove to Skilak Lake Road, where the trail is, and stopped. Once on the trail, we hiked 1.5 miles down the trail. Once the trail paralleled the lake, we walked off the trail a few feet to the lake. We camped on the lake shore, but there is a cool windbreak with places to sit at the end of the trail. This trail is lots of fun, but it is windy. There are also lots of bears around this trail too.
